Employment-Based First Preference EB-1(c)
Multinational Executive or Manager
(Need Employer’s Sponsorship.  No Labor Certification Required.)

The Multinational Executive or Manager EB-1(c) petition allows international companies to transfer top-level executives and managers to the United States as permanent residents.

In this category, the immigrant visa applicant must have worked in either a managerial or executive capacity, for the related company abroad, for at least one year in the three years preceding the transfer.  The U.S. company must show that it is either the parent, subsidiary, affiliate, or branch office of the company abroad and the relationship between the U.S. overseas operations must be documented and proved.  The U.S. company must have been in existence for at least one year.  The applicant may already be in the United States in a nonimmigrant visa status such as the L1-A visa or one of the E visa classifications.

Prior to starting your immigration process, our firm will first evaluate whether EB-1(c) would be a good option for you based upon your and your employer’s situation and circumstances.  After you retain us for your EB-1(c) based immigrant visa petition, we will effectively communicate and work closely with you and your employer throughout the entire process to establish the eligibility of your employer as the petitioner and your qualifications as the beneficiary.
