Ms. Haihua (Amy) Gu is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of California, the United States District Court, Central District of California. Ms. Gu is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Ms. Gu received her J.D. degree from Willamette University School of Law, Salem, Oregon, where she served as an editorial member of the Willamette Law Review. Ms. Gu received her bachelor’s degree from East China University of Politics & Law in Shanghai, China. Therefore, Ms. Gu has an intimate understanding of both American and Chinese business and legal systems.
